Quality education depends on dedicated teachers. However, since our school is located far from major metropolitan areas, it was often difficult to attract qualified personnel. Long commutes or the necessity of renting an expensive additional apartment presented significant hurdles. We firmly believe that the school’s remote location should not be a disadvantage for our students.

To address this issue, we initiated the construction of teacher accommodations directly on the school grounds. In March 2023, we celebrated the first major milestone, completing 10 apartments – fully equipped with their own kitchen and washroom. These accommodations eliminate daily commuting. This significantly relieves teachers, boosts their motivation, and thus directly improves the quality of instruction.
